Office Shoes is seeking a Senior CRM Coordinator to lead the build, QA and optimisation of CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns. You will work with CRM, Creative, Ecommerce and Insights teams to define audiences, triggers and success measures.
You will monitor performance, produce insights and support A/B testing across messaging and timing, ensuring tests are well documented and implemented.
