, To provide support to the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Operations & Risk Manager to ensure the department works effectively to drive profit, improve efficiencies & reduce workload in stores and head office; continually striving to improve communication & cohesive working across the business. Be able undertake a variety of projects to support the retail department and quickly assess the effects of changing circumstances and how to effectively manage this change. Help to develop strategies that influence stores/other departments with minimal effect, but maximum output. To have the ability to work independently and process ideas and roll out updates for the benefit of the company.,
