The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
To provide support to the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Operations & Risk Manager to ensure the department works effectively to drive profit, improve efficiencies & reduce workload in stores and head office; continually striving to improve communication & cohesive working across the business. Be able to undertake a variety of projects to support the retail department and quickly assess the effects of changing circumstances and how to effectively manage this change. Help to develop strategies that influence stores/other departments with minimal effect, but maximum output. To have the ability to work independently and process ideas and roll out updates for the benefit of the company.
Responsibilities
- To manage general telephone enquiries & Retail Op’s inbox for information/advice requests from stores
- Daily monitoring of the store alarms
- Omnichannel reporting
- Administration of the Retail Stores database
- Assist with the creation and publishing of store/head office communications within given timescales
- Travel requests for stores and managing the costs within set budgets
- Collate the reporting of all store incentives and the payment of prizes in line with operational procedure
- Assist with the process and budget management of store stationery orders
- Contribute to projects that drive profit, improve efficiencies or reduce workload in store
- Contribute to the opening/closing of stores by organising travel/accommodation for the opening team and ordering consumables for store set up. Support on opening set up
- To communicate regularly with all head office departments and store and manage them appropriately; dealing with matters as they may arise in a professional, efficient and thorough manner
- To assist in the organization of area meetings
