Under the direction of the Digital Design Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of all Digital creative artwork. Supporting the Digital Design Manager as needed with project development and proactively seeks to continuously improve the creative output within the business. Working closely with Junior Digital Designer, Photography Studio, CRM dept, Trading Teams and Marketing.
You will be creating artwork for homepage, email, web and mobile platforms as well as maintaining the creative consistency across all online channels, including social media, mobile. An essential requirement of the role is the ability and experience to be able to work closely with the Digital Design Manager to move the OFFICE websites on creatively. Also, keeping on top of competitor activity and ensuring the websites and digital platforms are best in class within the industry.
Accountabilities
- The design and delivery of; homepage/website, emails, mobile, apps and BAU.
- Research and develop new templates to keep the site and emails looking current and innovative.
- Concept and brief exciting still life imagery to use across site and digital channels.
- Design social and marketing assets.
- Develop website layout and create wireframes.
- Produce user interface designs, including functionality, for the transactional, dynamic and services sections of the sites and app (e.g. shopping basket pages / size guides etc.)
- Produce and update digital brand guidelines.
- Generate fresh creative, concepting and storyboarding. Create mood boards.
- Manage and design campaign-led digital creative from concept stages through to delivery, across multiple platforms.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Uphold OFFICE’s reputation by being a great ambassador for the brand.
- Bring ideas to management on how ongoing improvements can be achieved.
Responsibilities
- Sharing upcoming projects and work in progress with the rest of the creative team. Providing ideas and inspiration for the season campaigns.
- Actively seek opportunities to understand better how our customer interacts with the site and mobile, and design with a user‑centred approach.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by being aware of, and adhering to, legislative and health and safety requirements of the workplace.

What we are looking for
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a junior to mid-weight digital designer in e-commerce / agency or fast paced environment. Ideally with fashion digital design experience.
- Passionate about Digital and able to show a true understanding of the fields beyond traditional website design, including mobile applications and social media.
- Experience interest / experience in fashion / editorial style layout graphics.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe package: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Figma and After Effects to create video/motion assets for social media.
- Experience in HTML & CSS is desirable (but not essential).
- Proven ability to work in content management systems.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, best practice and user experience.
- Understanding of platform-specific behaviour across digital devices.
- A good understanding of the key digital and offline channels (social media, Online & In‑store) and understand how to effectively match the content to the audience’s experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in and understanding of user experience.
- Able to work across multiple projects and balance priorities between them, producing high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Passionate about digital and able to show a true understanding of the fields beyond traditional website design, including mobile applications and social media.
