Job Description The brand marketing team currently plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for brands such as adidas, Birkenstock & Dr Martens.
As our Senior Brand Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be working alongside the team to develop and maintain brand relationships, contribute to strategy and execution, and help build thorough wrap reports at the end of campaigns.
You will work with the Social media coordinator to develop a social media strategy for organic and paid brand campaigns.
Think ‘customer’ first and encourage others to do so.
Support the Senior brand marketing manager on planning & implementing the Marketing Calendar ensuring that all activity is right for the brand and the customer.
What we are offering you Help maintain brand guardianship over third party partnerships within the UK.
Regular meetings with 3rd party brands to identify key campaign opportunities.
Be a point of contact for internal marketing/calendar queries.
Create pitch decks to demonstrate marketing plans to third party brands.
Help manage the social media and marketing channels strategy including blog, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok to deliver effective brand campaigns.
Help manage all internal data collection to feed into all insight agencies/pitches.
Update and circulate the marketing calendar on a weekly basis.
Work with team to compile post implementation reports for all brand campaign work and make business recommendations for future activity.
Manage the accurate reporting of your marketing spends on a monthly basis.
Work closely with Multi-channel and social team – on digital initiatives to support their objectives and ensure synergy with CRM.
Help to develop a brand tone of voice which reflects OFFICE’s aspirational positioning.
Deliver brand marketing campaigns for all markets.
Ensure brand consistency within the group & ensure brand marketing activity supports the multi-channel vision.
Use customer insight, data and experience to inspire multi-platform campaigns/activities to support key business objectives and messages, enhance customer experience and drive profit.
Ensure brand activity maintains commercial focus and proper pre and post evaluation is undertaken.
The Senior Brand Marketing and Social media Coordinator will always be up to date with all forms of brand communications and build a plan that reflects the most relevant technology and trends i. e. online titles, bloggers, influencers.
What we are looking for Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Assertive and effective communicator – will be required to contribute in presentations, open forums, and group sessions.
