Reporting to the IT and Supply Chain Director and leading complex, strategic projects across the IT and logistics areas. Act as the link between IT applications, infrastructure and logistics operations, ensuring technical solutions deliver practical, operational results. This is a role for someone who values depth of impact, commercial craft and long-term contribution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and complete projects by overseeing all aspects, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business workflows.
  • Create and deliver project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, maintaining visibility with business teams to validate solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to define requirements, challenge technical feasibility, and ensure vendor accountability.
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.
  • Assist with testing documentation and implementation, ensuring robust UAT processes.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate IT work schedules across infrastructure and applications.
  • Adhere to IT governance procedures.
  • Uphold OFFICE’s reputation by being a strong ambassador for the brand.
  • As part of the IT team, provide IT related administrative and governance tasks.
  • Contribute to project and departmental financial administration, budgeting and liaising with finance team.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • With the rest of the IT team take responsibility for a subset of vendor management and liaison.
  • Carry out ad-hoc daily and weekly tasks as assigned by IT and Logistics Director or other senior managers in the IT department, in support of departmental operations and objectives.
  • Identify concepts and ideas on how ongoing improvements in the IT function can be achieved, with the agility to pivot between different technology stacks (e.g., WMS, ERP, Automation) as business priorities shift.

What we are looking for

Experience

  • Essential: 3 years experience in Project Management, preferably within retail or logistics environments.
  • Essential: Demonstrable experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation.
  • Proven experience in hybrid roles requiring both project management rigor and business analysis capabilities.
  • Strong track record of managing executive-level stakeholders as well as operational teams.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the project life cycle and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Subject matter expertise in logistics processes (warehousing, supply chain) with the ability to challenge and validate business requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping and process design.
  • Skilled in facilitating design and user requirements elicitation sessions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse systems architecture.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and numeracy skills.
  • Competent in business case modelling and basic financial management.
  • Knowledgeable in change management processes and able to execute effectively.
