We are looking for an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the OFFICE team at our Shoreditch Head Office. This role will be a key player in the team here at OFFICE, responsible for the uploading of world-class products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to begin their career in the world of ecommerce, a growing business in recent times.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has an interest in fashion, particularly shoe brands, a keen eye for detail, an interest in descriptive writing, and who is willing to grow their knowledge of reporting.

What we are offering you:

  • Taking ownership of the approval process across all websites (OFFICE & OFFSPRING), ensuring product information is correct and styles go live in line with business expectations.
  • Ensuring each product has the correct web indicator, label and pattern, images, badges & attributes.
  • Responsible for all categorisation across all websites, making sure each style sits within all correct categories.
  • Assisting in ensuring all special launches across the OFFICE & OFFSPRING site happen on time using the online launch process.
  • Writing engaging & informative product descriptions that are SEO friendly by using buyer’s critical paths and occasionally brands to source info.
  • Running product reports such as Unapproved Product reports, Competitor Reports, Product Sales Reports, and any ad-hoc reporting required.
  • Being the main point of contact across the team for B&M and Customer Service requests.
  • Being the main point of contact for the Photography Team regarding all online image requests.
  • Other administrative duties as required, such as setting up new brands, updating brand assets & homepage changeouts.
  • Assisting the website merchandising team with on-site VM & optimising product visibility including using our visual merchandising tool.
  • Assisting with SEO requirements across product categories & brands.
