- Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to research, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients, maintaining accurate and actionable data.
- Work closely with the wider Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, and Project Director teams to align outreach strategies, share market intelligence, and support the conversion of opportunities.
