Warehouse Operative Company Our client is a well-established privately owned business operating within the IT Hardware Support and IT Asset Lifecycle sectors, with headquarters based in Leicester. Due to continued project growth, they are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their team based at their Hinckley warehouse . The Role This is a hands-on warehouse position, supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy distribution facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for goods in/out, stock control, forklift operation and preparing products for dispatch while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect and process incoming deliveries. Pick, prepare and dispatch outbound orders. Accurately book stock in and out using the warehouse management system. Carry out regular stock takes, cycle counts and inventory checks. Palletise, shrink-wrap, label and prepare goods for storage and distribution. Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company Health
