In this role, you will step into a key leadership position supporting the Building Services Manager and overseeing electrical projects from design through to installation and commissioning, while mentoring engineers and managing site delivery. Role Objective: To support the Building Services Manager in the management and delivery of projects, providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, driving continuous improvement and a profitable level of performance, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of electrical Building Services projects, including design, installation, testing and commissioning.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers.
  • Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources and budgets effectively.
  • Research materials and equipment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
