BMS COMMISSIONING ENGINEERCOMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a growing building services and energy management business delivering BEMS solutions across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced BMS/BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join their Northern division.
JOB PURPOSE
Commission, configure and troubleshoot BEMS systems across commercial and industrial sites, working closely with clients, project managers and engineering teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commission and troubleshoot BMS systems
- Configure and programme BMS hardware and software
- Work with HVAC, electrical and control systems
- Carry out functional testing and fault finding
- Configure BACnet, Modbus and other communication protocols
- Optimise system performance and energy efficiency
- Liaise with clients and project teams
- Produce commissioning reports and technical documentation
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3+ years' BMS commissioning experience preferred
- Commercial and industrial experience
- Strong HVAC, electrical and controls knowledge
- Experience with Trend, Schneider and/or Sigma
- BEMS programming and configuration experience
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus or LonWorks
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence

- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
