About the Role \n Responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, fault-finding and installing commercial air conditioning systems across customer sites. Includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs in the Liverpool area. \n \n \n Retail stores \n Care homes \n Hospitality venues \n Commercial premises \n \n \n You'll work independently and as part of a professional team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities \n \n \n Fault finding and repairing air conditioning equipment. \n Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing, PPM and installations. \n Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota. \n Meet targets for Health & Safety, quality, compliance and profitability. \n \n What We're Looking For \n \n \n F-Gas (2079) Category 1 \n NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or time served) \n City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent \n Experience with VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers and AHUs \n Full UK driving licence \n Able to pass a DBS check \n \n What We Offer \n \n \n £40k - £45k per annum (OTE £55k) \n £140 standby Payment \n Travel times 30 mins \n Company vehicle \n Company phone and uniform. \n 33 days holiday including bank holidays \n Paid overtime and call-out opportunities. \n Ongoing training and professional development. \n Pension scheme. \n Holiday allowance. \n Opportunities for career progression within a growing business. \
