REMEDIALS ELECTRICIAN Full Time, Hours of Work - 45
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of electrical safety services, specifically inspection and testing of fixed installations. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Remedial Electrician in the Swindon area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extensive knowledge of single and three phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
- Good sound electrical knowledge for testing and installation works.
- Carry out electrical repairs/minor works on various types of LV installations.
- Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.
- Liaise with the Remedials/Operations Supervisor for planned and routine maintenance programme and reporting procedures.
- Maintain records of all work and ensure that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Electrical Installation (NVQ Level 3 / 236) commercial/industrial experience.
- C&G qualifications AM2, IPAF, PASMA (desirable).
- 18th Edition Test and Inspection 2391 (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Our client offers a salary of up to £48,000. Benefits include: Door to Door travel, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, 45 hours a week, a company van and fuel card supplied, enrolment in the pension scheme from day one, health scheme after successful 6 month probationary period, paid sickness and absence from day one (SSP).
