Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join their established engineering team in North Bristol.
The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position, supporting a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of site equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers.
- Allocate daily tasks and maintenance activities.
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production machinery.
- Fault-find and maintain equipment including mixers, pumps, compressors and process machinery.
- Support engineer training, development and continuous improvement activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience within an electrical maintenance environment.
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience.
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
