Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location: Reading / M4 Corridor

Salary: £48k depending on experience
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, with overtime available
We are currently working with an established and growing engineering business that is looking for a Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their team.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems across Reading, the M4 corridor and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain commercial AC systems.
- Fault find and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Work on VRF/VRV, split and multi split systems.
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Complete leak detection and refrigerant recovery/charging.
- Complete service reports and job sheets.
- Identify remedial works and report findings.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
About You
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with VRF/VRV and split systems.
- F Gas Category 1.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Level 3 Refrigeration & Air - Conditioning NVQ
