Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of five years\’ commercial refrigeration experience. You will be working across a varied portfolio, ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standard, including central plant, packs, and RDM controls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in supermarket commercial refrigeration
- Approved Apprenticeship
- Central plant / packs / RDM controls experience
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence (preferably no more than 6 points)
- Strong ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Benefits & Package
- Salary: £40,000 (OTE £60,000)
- Door-to-door pay
- Callout rota: approx. 1 in 7 weekends & 1 weeknight per 7 weekdays (triaged out of hours)
- Duty allowance for weekdays, weekends & bank holidays
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Overtime after 40 hours at double time
