COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the construction and facilities management industry. Established in 1994, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation.

They are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Edinburgh / Lanarkshire Team, working on a Housing Association, Public Sector, and Commercial office contracts.

JOB PURPOSE

The main objective of the role is to carry out installation work in all types of domestic and commercial environments.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

Testing and commissioning of plumbing and heating installations to identify faults and carry out repairs as required

Interpret drawings and building specifications to enable the installation of pipework drainage systems

Installation of heating and water plant both commercial and domestic

Assess labour requirements on own projects and work with the contracts management team to ensure site progressed in managed and maintained

Testing and commissioning of heating, hot and cold water systems and recording data in line with compliance requirements

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing

Friendly and approachable with a flexible attitude, good customer focus and service

Full UK driving license

SALARY & BENEFITS

In return, they are offering a salary of £37k - £38k (DOE) + Overtime = OTE £45K
