JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team in the North of England.
Maintenance and PPM and Bringing your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To collate and complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.
To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Facilities Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
To advise the Facilities Manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the store.
To manage the attendance of any subcontractors if required in line with the Facilities Manager request and company process.
To carry out surveys and complete reports as required by the Facilities Manager.
To carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
To maintain accurate Time Sheets and Mileage Logs as required.
To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.
To comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times.
