Mobile Electrician
Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas

Job Purpose
To carry out specialist electrical installations, testing, inspections and fault diagnosis across commercial sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations, industry standards and client requirements.

- Carry out electrical installation works across commercial properties.
- Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and periodic emergency lighting inspections.
- Diagnose and rectify faults across a range of commercial electrical systems.
- Work on commercial fire alarm systems, DALI lighting control systems and BMS control wiring.
- Test, inspect and certify electrical installations and minor works in accordance with NIC/EIC Approved Contractor standards and BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs.
Qualifications
- Full Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent
- BS7671 Electrical Safety Certificate
- Proven experience carrying out electrical installations within commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of testing, inspection and certification procedures
- Experience diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial electrical systems
