Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to deliver Mechanical and Fit-Out projects across commercial and industrial environments in Blantyre and surrounding areas. Projects will range in value from approximately £50k to £1.5 million, and you will be responsible for managing projects from initial handover through to completion, commissioning, and final client sign-off. This role is suited to a candidate with a strong background in HVAC and commercial fit-out projects, who can take full ownership of project delivery, commercial performance, and client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Mechanical and Fit-Out projects from start to finish (£50k - £1.5m).
- Take full commercial responsibility for profit and loss of installation contracts.
- Support pre-construction and design teams with tenders and estimates.
- Oversee delivery, commissioning, and handover procedures in line with agreed quality plans.
- Resolve contractual and technical issues as they arise.
- Manage external contractors and site teams.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare Health & Safety documentation and submit to the Compliance Team for approval.
- Compile and submit project documentation, including Operation & Maintenance manuals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering HVAC projects on time and within budget.
- Strong background in commercial fit-out projects.
- Contract management experience.
- Valid CSCS Card - Essential.
- Relevant Health & Safety training.
- Management experience within HVAC / Building Services installations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Building Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
