IT Trainer - Remote
Salary:
£35,000–£45,000 per annum Contract:
6-month fixed-term contract, likely to become permanent We're looking for a confident and customer-focused IT Trainer (EPOS) to help clients get the most out of a range of business software solutions. The first six months will focus on delivering training online. If the role becomes permanent, it is expected to develop into a 50/50 split between remote training and visiting clients on-site, therefore a driving license and an access to vehicle is required. Key Responsibilities Deliver online and face-to-face training to new and existing clients.
Guide users through software features and modules, helping them understand how to use the systems effectively.
Prepare training sessions and adapt delivery to suit different users.
Manage client communication, training documentation and feedback.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any training-related issues.
About You Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
Organised, professional and comfortable presenting to groups.
Able to explain software and technical processes clearly to non-technical users.
Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
No previous EPOS experience is required.
Experience delivering software or IT systems training to staff or customers would be highly relevant. This is a training-focused position, not a software installation or engineering role.
