MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN
JOB OVERVIEW
Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Bristol, Newport, Swindon areas .
Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years' experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems

Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.

Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.

Handle basic Mechanical Ppms

Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.

Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Approved Electrical level 3 Apprenticeship – Minimum requirement.
18th Edition Accreditation – Essential.
2391 Testing & Inspection – Beneficial.
