Mobile HVAC Engineer Location - Covering Southwest Region (Bristol) We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer.
You will attend planned and reactive jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.
As the HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for: Working independently as well as a team to undertake the planned and reactive maintenance services on our client's premises, ensuring compliance with specifications, PPM schedules and procedures.
Complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
Respond to call-out requests to ensure clients' systems are not prejudiced and maintain continuity of operation.
Report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
Provide prompt and effective response to emergency situations, diagnose faults and initiate actions to prevent deterioration of environmental conditions.
Operate the contract proactively to minimise difficulties with building environmental systems.
Liaise with specialist subcontractors and engineers from other disciplines to ensure efficient operation without disruption.
Skills & Experience
Required: Candidates must have either: A) City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in pipe fitting and general plumbing in commercial systems.
OR B) Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating and Ventilating Systems or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
AND C) Relevant experience including: Preventive and reactive maintenance work Experience with similar equipment in commercial buildings Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience Ability to organise work and perform under pressure Valid UK Driving Licence
Benefits: £45,000-£50,000 Company vehicle (personal use optional) Door-to-door pay On call 1in 13 23 days holiday rising to 26 plus
