We are recruiting an experienced
EPOS Project Manager
to lead the delivery of a major EPOS implementation and rollout programme for a leading hospitality and retail group operating across the UK. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of EPOS projects across multiple sites, ensuring systems are implemented on time, within budget and to the required operational standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, technology providers, EPOS vendors and site operations teams, you will oversee project planning, installation, configuration, testing, training and go-live activities across a diverse hospitality and retail estate. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EPOS or POS implementations, multi-site technology rollouts and stakeholder management within hospitality, retail or a similarly fast-paced, multi-location environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of EPOS implementation and rollout projects across multiple UK sites. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resource schedules and delivery timelines. Coordinate EPOS suppliers, hardware providers, software vendors, installation engineers and third-party contractors. Manage site surveys, installation planning, system configuration, testing and deployment activities. Oversee system integration with back-office platforms,
