Our client is a well-established electrical services organisation who have been trading for over 30 years and were recognised as a βTop 100 Employer' in 2024. Within the electrical industry in the UK, they service the following sub sectors - Water, Power, Energy and Aggregates. Their projects range in value from Β£5k to Β£15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various electrical construction schemes, Tier 1 clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Our client is currently hiring Approved Electricians to work on a wide range of industrial projects across the SW and are booking for a new member of the team in the Swindon area.
JOB PURPOSE
- To be responsible for completing electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and our clients electrical Safety Rules and Essential Standards.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- ECS gold card (essential).
- Experience as an Electrician (Essential).
- Able to manage own workload.
- Fitness to work medical (can be completed upon commencement of employment).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Industrial and/or panel wiring experience (Essential).
- PASMA (Desirable).
- CompEx (Desirable).
- EUSR & Thames Water Passport (Desirable).
- 2391/2394/2395 (Desirable).
