BEMS/ BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + vehicle/allowance, overtime & benefits Type: Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their growing BEMS/BMS team. The role will involve commissioning, testing and fault-finding BEMS/BMS systems across a range of commercial and industrial projects. This opportunity is with a well-established, nationwide facilities and building maintenance business, providing 24/7, 365-day support to commercial clients across the UK, and provides a comprehensive range of building services, including heating, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and air conditioning, allowing customers to manage multiple building services through a single specialist partner. Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover. Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing. Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems. Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices. Complete commissioning documentation and client handovers. Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams. Minimum 3 years' BMS commissioning experience. Strong HVAC and controls knowledge. Good understanding of BMS networking and communications. Full UK driving licence.
