To provide planned and reactive HVAC and Commercial Gas maintenance across a multi-site environment, ensuring all equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to the required standards. The role will involve completing PPM, responding to breakdowns and Helpdesk calls, carrying out repairs and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and gas fired equipment. Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls and alarms. Service and maintain HVAC equipment including AHUs, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, split AC, boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers and water chillers. Ensure all work is completed in line with Health, Safety and Environmental policies. Work professionally across multiple sites and maintain excellent customer service. F Gas / City & Guilds 2079 - Essential. ~ Unvented Water Heaters / G3 - Essential. ~Experience in HVAC / Gas maintenance within a multi site environment. ~ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily. ~ Professional, flexible and customer focused approach. ~ Strong fault finding and hands on maintenance skills. Commercial Gas Qualification (COCN1) 12 - 15 month course = Approx £3k ~ Salary rises to £47k on completion of COCN1 ~ 33 days holiday. ~ Company van and fuel card. ~ Private healthcare. ~ Pension scheme. ~ Life insurance / Death in Service. ~ Employee discounts.
