Building Fabric Engineer – Mobile (Dartford Area)

The Role
This is a mobile position covering the Dartford area, delivering first-class building fabric and maintenance services to high-profile commercial clients.
You\’ll play a key role in ensuring sites remain safe, compliant, and well maintained, taking ownership of reactive and remedial works while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reactive and remedial building maintenance works
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using initiative and problem-solving skills
- Source parts, materials, and liaise with manufacturers when required
- Complete detailed job reports
