COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients for over 45 years. They have a proven track record of delivering successful mechanical, electrical and security services and solutions to commercial and domestic clients.

JOB PURPOSE
To act as the first point of contact within the security & access control team and to assist with the smooth running of the department.

  • Raising & issuing sub-contractor orders & purchase orders.
  • Creating quotes & variations.
  • To assist with compiling the operations & maintenance manuals.
  • Allocation of workstream to a team of operatives.
  • Checking of timesheets and tracking system.
  • Accessing client systems/portals to upload documents specific to job/client.
  • To assist with RLO (Resident liaison officer) letters to residents and scheme managers.
  • To ensure that all work is completed to the required company standards.
  • To assist the contract managers/supervisors with any day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Attending weekly ops client meetings supporting contract managers.
  • Building KPI reports for the CM to review before submitting to the client.
  • Invoice authorisations from sub-contractors checking all paperwork and reports against the jobs/invoice.
  • Daily job verifications.
  • Engineer job reports.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Have the ability to plan and prioritise, resolve issues and meet targets and deadlines.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Have financial awareness and understanding of value for money / good negotiation skills.
Be a good team player but also be confident working alone.
Have a positive and flexible approach to work.
Be meticulous and hard working.
Have great attention to detail.
Have the ability to implement new administration processes within the department.

SALARY / BENEFITS
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year (DOE).
21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years' service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days.
