CNC Turner Location: Worcestershire Responsibilities Set, operate and adjust Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to manufacture precision components Produce low-volume, high-precision components to extremely tight tolerances (2-3 microns up to 15 microns) Work primarily with castings across approximately 5 component product types Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks to ensure components meet specification Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and machine care Collaborate effectively within a 16-person machining team at a growing site Experience Required Proven experience as a CNC Turner Strong background working with Fanuc-controlled lathes Experience machining cast components Comfortable working to high tolerances and precision standards Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings A quality-focused mindset and strong attention to detail Salary & Benefits £15.00 – £17.50 per hour , depending on experience Day shift: 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday working pattern (currently trialling 4 x 10-hour shifts ) Shift options include: 7:30am – 4:00pm 2:00pm – Midnight Fridays off Opportunity to join a growing manufacturing site with long-term prospects
