CNC Machinist (Turner / Miller / Grinder) Bristol | Permanent | Up to £19.00ph (DOE) COMPANY OVERVIEW We are working with a number of well-established precision engineering and aerospace manufacturers across the Bristol area who are looking to strengthen their machining teams with experienced CNC Machinists.
These are permanent opportunities offering long-term stability, overtime and genuine career development.
THE ROLE We're looking for experienced
CNC Turners, CNC Millers and CNC Grinders to join modern manufacturing environments producing high-precision components for the aerospace and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC Turning, Milling or Grinding machines.
Manufacturing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections.
Using measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers and gauges.
Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping.
Programming experience is advantageous but not essential.
What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining experience (Turning, Milling or Grinding).
Ability to Set & Operate CNC machinery.
Experience working within precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Programming knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
