Job Description PLUMBING & HEATING ENGINEER \n COMPANY OVERVIEW \n Established in 1982 and with 40 years of experience, our M&E building services client has built an unrivalled reputation for delivering a professional, reliable and friendly service to property owners and large commercial clients across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. \n Due to their success, they are now recruiting for a Heating and Plumbing Engineer to join the team. \n JOB PURPOSE \n The main objective of the role is to carry out installation work in all types of domestic and commercial environments. \n JOB RESPONSBILITIES \n Testing and commissioning of plumbing and heating installations to identify faults and carry out repairs as required \n Interpret drawings and building specifications to enable the installation of pipework drainage systems \n Installation of heating and water plant both commercial and domestic \n Assess labour requirements on own projects and work with the contracts management team to ensure site progressed in managed and maintained \n Testing and commissioning of heating, hot and cold water systems and recording data in line with compliance requirements \n SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing \n Friendly and approachable with a flexible attitude, good customer focus and service \n Gas qualifications desirable but not essential \n Full UK driving license \n SALARY & BENEFITS \n In return, they are offering a salary of £38,000-£40,000 (DOE + Overtime) \n Company van + Fuelcard \n Pension scheme \n 28 Days Holiday including B/H \n Plus other great benefits. \
