We're looking for a skilled and driven Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business operating across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, while also supporting wider business objectives including client engagement and project delivery. The Role
- Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of refrigeration systems
- Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Work across complex systems including chillers, process cooling, blast freezers, and cold rooms
What We're Looking For
- F-Gas qualified with NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 or above desirable)
- Strong experience working on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems
- Confident working with chillers and HFC/HFO refrigerants
- Full UK driving licence

Package & Benefits
- 44-46k OTE 60k
- 40 hours per week (door-to-door paid)

- On-call rota (approx. 1 in 7): Standby allowance
