MOBILE MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN JOB OVERVIEW Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Liverpool area.
Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
Please not there may be a requirement for Nights away on occasion, rare but possible.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
Deliver planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair services for electrical installations, including internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, and distribution boards
Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
Handle basic Mechanical Ppms
Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
