The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be: - Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job boards, databases and social media. Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies. Supporting Consultants with candidate searches, administration and the overall recruitment process. You'll be responsible for managing 2 large natonal accounts, supporting recruitment delivery, and identifying new opportunities within both existing and prospective hiring managers . Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business Managing the candidate recruitment process from start to finish Providing regular account updates to senior management Monitoring market trends and competitor activity Experience in telephoine sales, account management, or business development.
