My client is a global leader in the manufacture of specialist inks, coatings and colour technologies, supporting customers across the packaging, printing and manufacturing industries.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join their established engineering team in North Bristol.
The Role
- This is a hands-on supervisory position, supporting a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of site equipment.
- Supervise and support a small team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers.
- Allocate daily tasks and maintenance activities.
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production machinery.
- Support engineer training, development and continuous improvement activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience within an electrical maintenance environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
