The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) has a strong focus on employing people that best fit with the ethos and culture of our team and are looking for someone who will embrace our values of Ambition, Compassion, Enabling, and Integrity and Trust.
Are you experienced in managing administration in a busy office environment? Join the OPCC as an Assurance Administrator and help us measure and meet our objectives for compliance with legislative requirements including health and safety and data protection.
In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team, supporting the design, development and implementation of our policies and procedures to demonstrate the effectiveness of our office.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work. You don’t need to have lots of experience or knowledge about our work: We want the right person. We can easily give you the context of our working environment. We need the right skillset and values. That is our priority.
We do need someone to be confident working with a diverse team, with a pragmatic approach to their work and able to understand and challenge our ways of thinking.
