Further detail on our future role is set outhere.

Corporate Operations leads on finance, HR, IT, security, estates & organisational changes. The Finance and Procurement team covers finance, procurement, business planning, in year business monitoring, oversight of internal audit and financial governance for the organisation. As a result of these activities and its position at the centre, the team works closely with all directorates within the ORR.

The Finance Executive will be responsible for all processing of expenditure, including staff expenses, using the Oracle accounting system to complete day‑to‑day tasks. They will be responsible for income management including: the raising of invoices, interacting with customers and credit control. They will interact closely with all ORR’s directorates and several external stakeholders, such as suppliers of goods and services and the National Audit Office.

The role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of the organisation and helps to ensure that we maintain strong relationships with external organisations.

Reflecting the flexible manner in which our team works, there is an opportunity for your areas of responsibility to change over time, including to support your on‑going professional development.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will enjoy working in a small and dynamic team, within a multi-disciplinary organisation, and who is capable of working simultaneously on a range of issues, balancing priorities as necessary.
