This role will be my primary administrative support in the Senedd, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day at the heart of the office.

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating work across both the Senedd and constituency operations, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Office Manager in the constituency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage diary, inbox, and correspondence
  • Organise meetings, travel, and events
  • Support constituency and Senedd casework administration
  • Maintain office systems and ensure compliance with Senedd processes
  • Act as a key link between the Senedd office and constituency team
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is highly organised and proactive
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office tools
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive information with care
  • Works well as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Must live within commutable distance of Cardiff
