We are looking for a person to join team in the role of Administration Assistant to cover maternity leave, providing a high level of administration support for the office and each customer project.
Responsibilities
- General accounts preparation (invoices, sales and purchase ledger)
- Typing of quotations and acknowledgements on computer
- General documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintaining filing systems and updating database
- General administration support
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 yearโs experience working in administration
- 5 GCSEโs (or equivalent) Grade A-C including English Language and Maths
- Good time management
- Methodical and organised
- Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
- A good level of English spelling and grammar
- A professional telephone manner
- IT literate to include proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

This role is for maternity cover for 6 months with a possibility of extension. Intended start date 2nd March.Location: We are based in Belfast Harbour Industrial Estate, access to/own transport preferred, however the number 96 bus runs from the City Centre to the office.Salary: ยฃ18,000 โ ยฃ20,000 per annum for 39 weeks.Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture.
