We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our London team at an exciting stage of our international growth. This is a 360° sales role, ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll manage end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients, drive business opportunities, and play a central role in shaping the tenant and partner experience across our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from discovery to tour, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account management
- Develop tailored, consultative solutions for large-scale tenants, aligning workspace offerings to complex business requirements
- Build and nurture partnerships with landlords, operators, and other agents to maximise revenue and unlock strategic opportunities
- Leverage our CRM and analytics to maintain pipelines, track opportunities, monitor account performance, and capture actionable insights to identify and drive growth
- Collaborate with global teams to implement cross-market initiatives, share best practices, and ensure consistency in service delivery
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise in enterprise sales, negotiation, and relationship management
