Job Description

The Ecommerce Trading Manager is responsible for supporting and delivering sales and profit targets across onsite digital channels including Office, Offspring, Offcuts, Apps, and concessions.

This role manages day to day online trading performance, promotional execution, forecasting, and onsite optimisation, ensuring the customer experience, brand messaging, and commercial objectives are aligned.

The role works closely with the wider Ecommerce team and cross functional stakeholders to support ecommerce strategy, reporting, and user experience improvements.
