Location: The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham) and Manchester.
We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £41,364 – £46,654 + up to £750 skills allowance

Our Digital Services Quality Assurance and Testing (DS-QAT) is looking to add a number of Senior Quality Assurance Test Analysts to the QAT team. This team are responsible for defining test conditions, designing test cases and creating test scripts to test system functionality and assure quality across our organisation.
As a part of the team, you will use your Analytical skills, domain-and-business knowledge to identify defects within a system and manage those defects throughout a project to ensure quality metrics are available which can inform stakeholders.
What skills are we looking for?
- Understanding of Test Management Tools (for example JIRA, QC, TFS, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Knowledge of reporting and planning of test activities using excel or other tools
- An understanding of common functional test techniques and the ability to apply them accordingly
- Ability to communicate between technical and non-technical parties effectively
- Ability to lead others in design, build, maintenance and execution of tests and implement standards
- Capable of effective management, reporting and resolution of defects
- Test analysis expertise to identify risks, including ability to coach in others
- Experience of working with teams to plan test approaches
