Location
This role is located at our Titchfield office. You will need to be located near the office base: Segensworth Road, Titchfield, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5RR. We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.

About the role
The Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer Apprenticeship is an opportunity for individuals interested in Technology to work toward a formal qualification alongside full‑time employment. The role will involve shadowing, observing, and learning various related M365 support skills whilst gaining experience for a Level 3 Apprenticeship. This is a two‑year apprenticeship designed to support your professional development and help you to grow within this organisation.

- Responding to incidents, requests and changes.
- Monitoring the configuration, availability, security, capacity and performance.
- Engaging in continuous improvement activities.
- Maximising the use of tools and technologies to deliver operational excellence.
- Engaging in wider communities of practice, identifying good practices we can adopt and sharing our experiences.
