We’re looking for curious individuals with a knack for communicating to join this year’s Business Analyst Development Programme – something we’ve run before to great success and something we’re very proud of!
Over the course of 18 months you’ll go through a Business Analysis bootcamp, complete three 6-month rotations in different parts of our organisation, get paired with a BA coach who will mentor and support you throughout the process and complete a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis!
At the end of all of this you get the opportunity to be promoted internally into one of our fully fledged Business Analyst positions.
