Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Photocopier Engineer role located in Melksham. The Photocopier Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopiers and printers in educational institutions and businesses. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring GDPR and data security compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in photocopier and printer installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of IT systems and data security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant certifications or training in photocopier engineering is a plus
• Experience in the field of office equipment maintenance is beneficial
