Senior Solicitor – Private Wealth (Senior Associate or Salaried Partner)

The work you’ll lead
- Onshore succession & IHT planning; lifetime and death estate planning
- Wills, estate administration, trust/FIC formation, administration & taxation
- Advisory mandates with a holistic approach alongside private banks, investment managers, and accountants
- Optional exposure to contentious trusts & probate
- Supervision/mentoring of junior fee-earners
What you’ll bring
- 6+ PQE in private client/wealth (Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level)
- Strong technical estate/tax planning credentials; trusts expertise (formation, admin, taxation)
- Advantageous: charity formation/admin; CGT & income tax experience
- Business development pedigree; client following and/or market contacts (essential at SP level)
- STEP qualified (or working towards) preferred
