As CRM Executive, you’ll be at the centre of the customer retention strategy, creating and executing personalised multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. Your mission will be to enhance the player journey, improve engagement, and increase lifetime value through data-led, creative marketing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of CRM or digital marketing experience—ideally within the gambling, gaming, or betting sector—who is ready to take their skills to the next level.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on retention and reactivation
- Optimise the customer lifecycle using insights and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content and assets
- Track and analyse CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement
