An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a highly respected professional services firm during a key period of growth and transformation. With a workforce that has scaled significantly over recent years, this role will play a central part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s ongoing talent strategy.

This is a well-established, in-house recruitment function, but one that is entering a new phase of development—focusing on process refinement, enhancing the candidate journey, and leading the implementation of an applicant tracking system over the coming year.

You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, department heads, and stakeholders across the business, driving recruitment activity from strategy to delivery, while managing a small team. This role would suit someone with a strong background in in-house recruitment within professional services, who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment where relationship-building, rigour, and adaptability are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all recruitment activity across the business, from approval to offer
  • Advise and influence senior stakeholders on hiring needs and market insight
  • Enhance candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness across all functions
  • Support selection and onboarding processes with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Manage and mentor a recruitment advisor, building capability within the team
  • Oversee recruitment data reporting and compliance
  • Play a key role in implementing new recruitment systems and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong in-house recruitment experience (professional services background preferred)
  • Confident managing senior stakeholder relationships across multiple departments
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law and recruitment best practice
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team
  • Strategic yet hands-on, able to operate at pace while maintaining high standards
  • Comfortable managing recruitment analytics, reporting, and ATS implementation
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable
What’s on Offer:
  • A forward-thinking, values-led organisation in growth mode
  • The chance to shape how recruitment is delivered in a successful, national firm
  • Supportive, collaborative leadership and a people-first culture
  • Hybrid working with flexibility around office presence
  • A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package
