The Role
Working within a high-volume, dynamic environment, you will oversee a small team of Client Services Executives (circa 4–5), ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service and operational excellence. - Oversee the quality and accuracy of client enquiries and onboarding processes
- Act as a key knowledge-holder, supporting executives with queries and decision-making
- Coach and mentor team members, helping to build capability and confidence

- Ensure workloads are effectively managed and service levels consistently achieved
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide insight on team performance and opportunities for improvement
This is a role where you can truly influence outcomes, both in terms of client experience and team performance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational oversight with natural leadership presence. You will demonstrate:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a similar environment
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and conversion performance
- The ability to motivate, support and develop others, fostering a strong team culture
- Excellent communication skills, professional, polished, and confident
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of client experience and business impact
- A high level of reliability and professionalism, with a consistent track record of performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements
Backgrounds Considered
We are particularly interested in candidates from legal environments (highly desirable) or wider professional services such as finance, insurance, or management consultancy.
Why Apply?
- Be part of a market-leading firm with an outstanding reputation for client service
- Work in a high-performing, collaborative environment where your impact is visible
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
- Play a key role in shaping and improving a critical client-facing function
